jesus + books + relationships = nonexistent

Why aren’t there any good dating devotional books out there? I can’t find a single good one, and I searched for over an hour at Barnes and Noble and Books a Million.

Aren’t there authors out there willing to help couples who legitimately want a  healthy, spiritual relationship? If anyone has any recommendations, let me know!

  1. Jason had a link to your blog. Try Josh McDowell’s Givers, takers, and other kinds of lovers. He has been a speaker with Campus Crusade for Christ for around 30 years now. He wrote it in 1980 when he was younger. I think the principles he talked about are timeless, so don’t get turned off by the date it was written.
After all his principles are based on a book that is older than his.

  2. Pace,

Here is a link to a book that Jenn wants us to do in the future (when we’re actually IN a relationship… whatever exactly that means). It may help your quest.
